David Ward

Background

Dave is an experienced litigator who has focused most of his career on helping people successfully resolve family law issues, including divorce, alimony, custody, and child support matters. Dave graduated cum laude from the Norman Adriane Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University in 2004 having completed the requirements for their Advocacy track. He immediately opened his first practice in Raliegh, North Carolina, where he practiced for several years before relocating to the Atlanta area in 2010.

Dave has focused on litigation the entire time he has practiced and has focused on helping people navigate family law matters since 2010. Dave's undergraduate degree is in Finance, and he worked as a financial planner for several years before attending law school. He has been able to use the skills he acquired during that period to guide business owners and other high net worth individuals through complex family law situations.

Dave married his amazing wife, Aimee, in 2014. They have boxer mix fur baby named Cami. They share a passion for travel and have been fortunate to visit some of the most exotic locations in the world, including Antarctica. Dave is also an accomplished martial artist and self-defense instructor. He is also a true Disney fanatic.

Dave is admitted to practice in all state courts in Georgia, including the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. He is also admitted to practice in all state courts in North Carolina.
