Background
Nikki Moreschi earned her undergraduate degree in
Political Science from Edinboro State University of Pennsylvania and graduated magna
cum laude in 1993. She attended The University of Dayton School of
Law in Ohio and graduated with her Juris Doctor in 1996.
After admission to the Ohio State Bar, she worked for a large insurance defense law firm, handling complex civil litigation matters, including business litigation, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. Ms. Moreschi relocated to New York and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2002. In New York, her practice focus centered on Family Law and Divorce, eventually leading her to open her own successful law practice in 2010. Ms. Moreschi served as an Attorney for Children for the State of New York ("Guardian ad Litem") for over a decade, advocating for the best interest of children in contested Family Law and Divorce proceedings.
Prior to relocating to
Savannah, Georgia, the Hon. Nikki J. Moreschi served as a member of the New
York State Judiciary in Glens Falls City Court. Mrs. Moreschi was admitted to
the Georgia State Bar in 2021. With over 27 years of litigation and practice
experience, Ms. Moreschi remains active in both the NYS Bar and the GA Bar.
