Traditional Representation

Through traditional representation, a client will begin by paying their attorney an initial payment, sometimes referred to as a retainer fee. As the attorney and their staff work on the case, the firm will bill the client for the time spent working on the case using an agreed-upon hourly rate.

Once the initial payment has been depleted, the law firm will ask the client to replenish the money in the client's account. This transaction will occur until the case is resolved or until the attorney or client terminate the representation.

Model M&T

Unlike the traditional method of legal representation, where one attorney works the entire case, the Model M&T assigns different areas of your case to attorneys who specialize in that area. The Model M&T offers 3 predictable payment options: a one-time, flat fee; a flat fee option paid over time; or a monthly payment plan until the case is resolved.
