Mark Shriver joined Meriwether & Tharp, LLC as an attorney in late 2016. Since 1981, attorney Mark Shriver has served as a skilled advocate for individuals and families who want someone in their corner to listen to their needs and provide personalized, professional legal representation. Keeping his clients' best interests in mind, Mr. Shriver seeks to resolve most legal disputes through negotiation, but will advocate zealously for his clients in situations where a cooperative agreement cannot be reached.

Mr. Shriver also is in demand as a mediator and arbitrator, assisting attorneys throughout Metro Atlanta to settle divorce and other family dispute cases with a collaborative approach, which is both cost-effective and allows for a more amenable outcome for all parties.

Mark Shriver personally manages every case to ensure that each client receives the results they deserve from one of North Atlanta's most respected, experienced family law attorneys.

"Mark was not the first attorney I consulted for my case, but after I spoke with him he was the last. I had a rather complicated case that evolved as we were going into something else. I was very pleased with the way even when my case was slightly out of his area of focus by how it evolved he brought in a consultant that v was a perfect fit between three two of them. This was not a large case but I still got the attention needed regardless. I would definitely recommend Mark to others." Posted by John.

"Mr. Shriver & his staff were compassionate, efficient and 'on top' of my case from the very beginning. He promptly returned my calls and responded to my concerns. He continually followed up with the opposing attorney in an attempt to resolve my case expeditiously and fairly. He made a horrible experience bearable." Posted by Anonymous.
